## Summary

Filipe Martins is a Senior Analytics Engineer at Omie, a Brazilian SaaS company, where he builds machine learning models and generative AI agents on Databricks. ### Smart client-to-franchise allocation — Omie, 2025
100% of routing automated. The team previously matched clients to franchises by hand. Filipe built a model that scores each client and crosses that score with every franchise profile to produce the ideal match without human intervention. Stack: Python, Scikit-learn, Databricks.

### Internal LLM chatbot — Omie, 2025
Around 400 hours per month recovered from knowledge-base searching. A RAG agent that answers questions about policies, processes and technical documentation in natural language, which also shortened onboarding for new hires. Stack: LLMs, RAG, OpenAI, Python.

### Commercial KPI ETL — Jadlog, 2023
Twelve executive dashboards consolidated onto a single source of truth. Designed the commercial data structure in Oracle and the Spark and Airflow pipelines feeding leadership's Power BI. Stack: PL/SQL, Spark, Airflow, Power BI.

### Freight table automation — Jadlog, 2023
Roughly 60 hours of manual work per week eliminated. Python scripts that format freight tables for VTEX, Intelipost and Loja Integrada, ending a recurring rework cycle. Stack: Python, Pandas.
